Raw Side scan sonar data on Cochon, Kidney and Tussac Islands 2018

The sidescan imagery were collected between September and November 2018 using a Starfish towfish in the context of the DPUS065 Coastal Habitat Mapping project. The area surveyed is around Cochon, Kidney and the Tussac islands. The Starfish is the side scan sonar device used during the survey. The Tussac islands have been surveyed in their southern areas for about 3 km length and 230 metre width. The sea around Cochon island was surveyed uniformely about 500 metres from the coast. The data around Kidney are more scattered and present gaps above all on the eastern side of the island.
