| Lineage | Samples taken in the field were shipped to Aberystwyth University for analysis. Descriptions on analysis methids included in the data and associated reports. The measurements made on soil samples were: moisture content; weight loss on ignition at 400 degrees C; total Carbon and Nitrogen %; pH; conductivity; texture (sand, silt and clay contents) and texture class. In addition annions and cations were measured on samples where the conductivity exceeded 2000 µS/cm. Hydraulic conductivity measures were calculated from the infilrometer data recorded on site.Please refer to the spreadsheet for details on methodology. |
